Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Payment and/or your signature represent your acceptance of these
terms and conditions.
Following receipt of your booking form and/or payment, Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. will send you a confirmation email. Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. requires your email address to be able to confirm your booking.
Any bookings made by credit/debit card will be subject to a small booking fee.
Any cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the start of a session will receive a credit for the number of days booked. We do not offer refunds.
Any bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of a session will lost entirely, with no credit or refund given.
For every 15 minutes a child is uncollected after their allocated collection time a £5 charge will be incurred.
Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. nor any of its staff, sponsors, nor persons involved with the organisation of the event accepts liability for any losses or damage to personal belongings.
Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. reserves the right to amend any programme or event due to adverse weather conditions, low attendance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If a parent or guardian would like to make a complaint to Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. then speak to the coach/Camp Manager, who will try to sort out the problem. Alternatively contact the office by phone, email, or any other means. The Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. complaints procedure is available on request.
Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. reserve the right to cancel programmes and events due to low registration numbers, adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. We will offer alternative arrangements that will include an alternative programme, event, venue, or full refund should any of the circumstances change.
For ‘on the day’ payments we only accept payments which are made by cash. We do not accept payment by personal cheque. We apologise for any inconvenience that this causes.
Pre-booking prices are valid until 8am on the day of the programme or event. After this time prices will be based on the ‘pay on the day’ price as indicated on the website and promotional materials.
For pre-booked places, all payments must be made at the time of booking.
A booking without payment prior to an activity/programme or event will not be valid.
Although Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd., will take every reasonable step to avoid injuries being suffered by participants, there is an inherent risk of injury in our programmes and events.
By making payment and/or signing the booking form, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the child and have custody and control of him/her and you confirm that:
You have read and accept all our terms and conditions.
You irrevocably consent to:
Your child’s participation in their Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. programme and/or event.
Your child being photographed whilst at the Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. programme or event, and photographic material can be used in future promotions produced by ‘ Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd.’.
Data relating to your child collected by ‘ Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. ‘, being used for the purposes of associated marketing and promotion for future Keep Active programmes and events only.
You accept that there is an inherent risk of injury in our programmes and events.
You accept that we will only administer prescribed drugs, e.g. antibiotics or inhaler, to your child during the camp with your verbal and written consent at the start of the programme and/or event.
You consent that we may call upon emergency medical advice for your child if an incident requires it.
You accept that you must inform us on the application form if your child suffers from any registered disability, have special needs, food allergies or any other medical conditions.
Any child/children who have been removed from the camp due to inappropriate behaviour will not be allowed to return without prior discussions with senior management. No refunds will be issued for any outstanding days in these circumstances.

MEDICAL CONSENT:
My child is in good health, and I consider him/her capable of taking part in the programme.
I have completed the medical details and consent that in the event of any illness/accident that any necessary treatment can be administered to my child.
In all cases our staff will always make every reasonable effort to contact parents in an emergency. Undertaking this is understood that we cannot be liable for any personal loss or injury with the named applicant may sustain while attending an event.
It is also understood that it is the parent/guardian and young person over the age of 16s responsibility to inform Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. of any medical condition or food allergy that could affect a child’s participation in any activity.
GDPR (Data Protection):
All data collected by Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. is covered by GDPR and is for the use of Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. and its associated companies.
Data will be from time to time shared with our associated companies for auditing and marketing purposes.
At no time will personal information be passed to outside organisations for marketing or sales purposes.
VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT:
I give my consent for my child/children’s photography/video recording to be taken and used by Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. for public documents and publications including our website.

Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. are committed to helping your child reach their true potential. Sport and exercise can be a big step for some children and not so daunting for others.
With fun filled events we want to ensure that all children have the equal opportunity to be involved in activities and work and learn at their own pace.
We know that children should exercise at least 2 hours per week, we will make that as interesting, enjoyable, and accessible as possible.
OUR POLICIES:
RECRUITMENT and EXPERIANCE
Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. comprise of specialist sports coaches and qualified teachers, with previous experience of working in primary/ secondary schools.
All staff are recruited following a rigorous selection process where they attend a formal interview.
All staff hold relevant governing body coaching qualifications and are trained to the highest standards.
Each team member holds an enhanced CRB, a first aid qualification and follows the Companies Code of Conduct, Safeguarding, Child Protection and Behaviour policies.
Child Protection and Anti-Bullying
Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. believe that it is unacceptable for a child or young person to experience abuse of any kind and recognises its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of all children and young people.
We recognise that:
The welfare of children and young people are vital.
All children regardless of age, disability, gender, racial heritage, religious belief, sexual orientation, or identity have the right to equal protection from all types of harm or abuse.
Working in partnership with children, parents, carers, and the local community is essential in promoting welfare for young people.
The purpose of the policy:
To provide protection for the children and young people who attend our programmes and/or events.
To provide staff and volunteers with guidance on procedures they should adopt if they suspect a child or young person may be experiencing, or be at risk of, harm.
HEALTH and SAFETY:
At every programme and event, your child’s health and safety are paramount. Your child will be grouped according to their age range.
To ensure quality and safety, the following coach/children ratios are implemented: 7’s and over 1:15
Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. carry out Risk Assessments at all venues prior to the commencement of the programme or event.
All issues regarding health and safety standards will be maintained and any improvements that we need to adhere to will be implemented.
INSURANCE:
Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. will ensure that all Coaches/Camp Managers have copies of public liability and employer’s liability insurance cover.
If you would like to see a copy of the insurance policies, please do not hesitate to ask a member of our staff.
MEDICAL:
Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. requires the parent/guardian to have signed a form giving their consent for any medication to be administered by a member of staff. Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. will keep a record of any medication administered whilst the children are attending a programme or event.
SICK CHILD:
If your child has being suffering with an illness, please allow up to 48 hours before sending your child to a programme or event or, If, your child is taken ill during an active camp our first priority will be to take care of your child and contact you.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are subject to the following charges:
1 week prior to a camp – 100% refund
Less than 1 week prior to a camp – 50% refund.
Unforeseen circumstances will be taken into consideration.
ACCIDENT and EMERGENCY:
All minor incidents/ accidents will be dealt with by First Aid trained staff.
If your child is involved in an incident/accident, please speak to the coach/Camp Manager as we require all the parent/guardian to sign the
Accident Report Booklet on collection of your child to ensure you are informed of any incident that has occurred.
If a serious accident occurs the parents/guardians will be contacted as soon as possible.
Registration
All children will need to be signed in and out by a parent/guardian.
Please inform the Coach/Camp Manager if your child will be collected by another adult or if you are collecting your child before the pre-booked pick-up time.
This is important as sign out is not available under normal circumstances until 15 minutes prior to pick up time.
UNCOLLECTED CHILDREN:
Parents/Guardians are advised to contact the Coach/Camp Manager, if there are any issues collecting your child/children at the allocated collection times.
At least two adults will remain with your child until you arrive. No child will be allowed to leave the venue or leave with another parent unless we have your written permission.
If your child is collected late a charge will be incurred as stated in the terms and conditions.
COMPLAINTS:
Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. believes that children and parents/Guardians are entitled to expect courtesy and prompt, careful attention to their needs.
We welcome suggestions on how to improve our services and concerns raised will be acted upon immediately.
We endeavour to resolve concerns quickly by an informal approach to the coach/Camp Manager.

At Ready… Go! (Sports) Ltd. programmes and events we aim to encourage and reward positive behaviour.
All young people who attend our programmes and events must follow the Code of Behaviour guide.
